The American Basketball Association IABA) www.abalive.com today announced that the 2014 ABA All Star Game will be played in Kansas City the week following the ABA Championship Classic Finals in April. “We are very pleased to be going to KC,” stated Joe Newman, ABA CEO. “Bryant Tucker and the Missouri Rhythm will be hosting the event and they have put together an exciting All Star Weekend.”
“We are honored to have been selected for this year’s All Star Game,” added Tucker. “The ABA has had some fabulous All Star Weekends and we intend to make this one something really special. Aside from top flight basketball, we will include great entertainment from top to bottom and will involve local schools, dance studios and more. And we’ll even have some local and national celebrities there.”
Among the activities will be musical entertainment, a Youth Basketball Camp, Corporate Bowling Challenge and much more. The game will be played at Avila University in Kansas City.
