Indianapolis, IN. The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that the West Michigan Lake Hawks have been added to the North Central Division and are set to begin playing games starting in November. “We’re very pleased to have Harold Whaley and his associates as part of the ABA on a team level,” stated Joe Newman, ABA CEO. “Harold has been part of the ABA for over five years directing the league’s IT programs including the very popular Fastbreak Club and Fastbreak VIP programs. We have discussed having his own team and it has finally happened. I know it will be successful.”

Aside from being CEO of the West Michigan Lake Hawks, Harold is also an Executive with the ABA as well as AB Hailing in Florida and California and has an extensive background in the entertainment industry He will be assisted by GMN Walter Love, a 30 year radio/television personality and Danielle Acton, Director of Strategic Development. Jeffery Burris will serve as Assistant GM. He has worked for the State of Michigan for 29 years while Eric King will be VP of Promotion using the skills he has acquired in 20 years in the entertainment industry. Chuck Caldwell will handle the team as VP of Player Personnel.
